My background is in clinical mental health and school counseling. This allows me to utilize multiple client-centered, solution-focused techniques, as well as mindfulness to help empower you along your life’s journey.

I appreciate that you are taking the first step to engage in therapy, and view it as a strength. Many people are struggling, but you are choosing to be active in your self-care and facilitating improvement to your quality of life. My goal is to create a safe environment where we both can be honest and genuine. I pledge to strive to meet you where you are, while challenging you to reach your goals.
