*At GPA, we prioritize transparency. For clients without insurance or those with non-accepted insurance plans, we offer clear payment options, accepting both cash and credit cards. Our goal is to keep you fully informed about the payment process.

*Insurance Companies will not cover the cost of Educational-Academic Assessments: The fee for academic assessments for clients using insurance is $350 and includes reading, math, and writing assessments as part of the evaluation. Since insurance does not cover this expense, if desired, clients must pay the fee and any other required insurance copay or deductible on the date of the psychological evaluation.

*Expedited Services: GPA charges an expedited fee of $500. Since insurance will not cover the fee, it and any other required deductible must be paid by noon the day before the testing session. The expedited fee guarantees that GPA will schedule a client within three weeks and that a parent or client receives the evaluation report three weeks from the date of the last assessment. However,  if a holiday such as Thanksgiving or Christmas falls within the timeline, the fee guarantees you will receive the finalized report within four weeks of the last testing session.
